Dr. Karinna Andrews has spent the majority of her life in West Virginia and received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from West Virginia University. She went on to complete her medical education at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV. After graduation, Dr. Andrews completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at Charleston Area Medical Center/West Virginia University-Charleston Division. After graduating in June of 2013, Dr. Andrews joined the full-time faculty. In 2014, she assumed the role of Associate Program Director and became Residency Program Director in August of 2019. Dr. Andrews is Board Certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Andrews is married to Bobby Richardson and they have one son (Mason). In her spare time, Dr. Andrews enjoys running and college football, but mostly spending time with her family.
